TrustNodeLogic // HPS-1.0 Hybrid Production Standard
TrustNodeLogic asserts zero ownership, copyright, or publishing claim over your musical compositions, master recordings, audio stems, DAW arrangements, or project metadata. All hashing, binary container sniffing, and cryptographic signature generation execute 100% locally within your client browser. Your project sessions and audio files are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to any external server.
While the public HPS-1.0 JSON-LD schemas and specification are licensed under open terms, the forensic detection algorithms, container header sniffers, binary scrapers, forensic scoring heuristics, and fingerprint database indices powering the TrustNodeLogic DAW Attestation Engine are proprietary intellectual property and trade secrets of Justin Ray / TrustNodeLogic. Automated extraction, scraping, decompilation, or reverse engineering of engine logic, fingerprint tables, or heuristic weights is strictly prohibited.
"TrustNodeLogic", "HPS", "HPS-1.0", "Hybrid Production Standard", and all associated badges, sigils, and wordmarks are proprietary trademarks of TrustNodeLogic. Generation of an HPS-compliant manifest indicates schema conformance only and does not constitute official certification, endorsement, or audit sponsorship by TrustNodeLogic.
TrustNodeLogic is an instrument for self-attestation and cryptographic tamper-evidence, not third-party truth verification. Digital signatures (Ed25519) and PCM essence digests cryptographically prove that the manifest was generated by the private keyholder and has remained untampered since signing; they do not warrant that user-entered statements, workflow descriptions, or axis choices are factually true.
This engine formats disclosures to assist creators with distributor ingestion, catalog archiving, and regulatory transparency (including Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 / EU AI Act Article 50). TrustNodeLogic does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory compliance, DSP acceptance, or U.S. Copyright Office registration. Consult qualified intellectual property counsel for compliance requirements specific to your release.
By signing and generating an HPS manifest or certificate, you warrant under penalty of civil liability and perjury that your declarations accurately reflect the tools and workflows utilized in producing the attested audio work. You agree to hold harmless TrustNodeLogic, Justin Ray, and HPS contributors from any claims, regulatory penalties, or liabilities arising from fraudulent declarations or third-party reliance on your attestations.
